Our unique model blends commerce with compassion—providing affordable products while also stocking a dedicated benevolence section where essential items are freely available to individuals and families facing hardship. We are committed to partnering with like-minded organizations and individuals who share our heart for service and our vision for sustainable community impact.
Outlet Store Shopping Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-4pm.
Benevolence and Community Services: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-3pm.

Donate to the Regional Outlet
The Regional Outlet does not currently accept local donations, but encourages individuals to donate to other area charities and non-profit organizations. The Regional Outlet accepts new and open box items from wholesalers, distribution centers, and other retailers. For information about donations, contact our office.
Our Policies
The Regional Outlet will offer food items that have not expired, household items, and other goods for a fraction of the cost to the local community.
Get Involved
The Regional Outlet is operated by a team of volunteers from over 12 churches in Northeast Tennessee and other community volunteers. We have several volunteer opportunities. A list of volunteer opportunities and job descriptions are below.
Cashier:
Assists patrons in the shopping experience. Responsible to ensure purchase of all items obtained by patrons. Keeps accurate cash drawer and receipts. Reports to Executive Director.
Stocking Associate:
Responsible to sort items and stock shelves. May including pricing items. Assist customers on the sales floor as needed. Reports to Executive Director/Store Manager.
Front Desk Welcome Attendant:
Responsible to provide warm welcome to clientele. Directs patrons to the sales floor; responsible to sign-in guests for outreach ministry services. Ensures welcome area is neat with resource materials readily available to clients. Answers phone as needed. Reports to Executive Director/Store Manager.
Outreach Ministry Worker:
Outreach ministry relates to all free services rendered to community members (including but not limited to resources such as housewares, electronics, food, clothes, etc.) Responsible to complete intake paperwork used to assess client needs. Responsible to disseminate resources according to program guidelines. Available to pray with clients as needed/requested. Ability to refer clients and families to local churches, nonprofits, and benevolence ministries for ongoing resources. Requires confidentiality. Reports to Executive Director.
Administrative Services:
Assist with administrative needs. May include typing, phone calls, use of copier and filing.
Cleaning Services:
Light cleaning to include sweeping, trash, dusting.
Prayer Ministry:
Responsible to faithfully pray for prayer requests received. Requires confidentiality.
